Rohrer Consulting provides corporate services including company formation, shelf company sales, registered office, nominee director, accounting, tax advisory, banking support, permit applications, and licensing support. The specific scope and pricing of each engagement are defined in individual service agreements.
3. Client Obligations
Clients agree to provide accurate and complete information as required for service delivery. Clients are responsible for the lawful use of companies and services provided.
4. Fees & Payment
All fees are quoted in Swiss Francs (CHF) and are due as specified in the individual service agreement. Payment terms are typically 10 days from invoice date.
5. Limitation of Liability
Rohrer Consulting's liability is limited to the amount of fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
6. Confidentiality
All client information is treated as strictly confidential and is only shared with third parties where necessary for service delivery or as required by law.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Swiss law. The exclusive place of jurisdiction is Zurich, Switzerland.
