About Rohrer Consulting

Rohrer Consulting was founded by Alex Rohrer, a corporate and tax lawyer with Big Four experience, who saw a clear gap in how foreign entrepreneurs enter the Swiss market.

Too often, business owners face months of bureaucracy, unclear regulations, and a patchwork of service providers — one for the notary, another for accounting, a third for banking, and yet another for immigration.

We built Swiss Shelf Company to change that. From our office on Seefeldstrasse in Zurich, we offer a single point of contact for everything you need: acquiring a ready-made Swiss AG or GmbH, setting up a registered office, appointing a local director, handling accounting and taxes, opening a bank account, obtaining residence and work permits, and securing business licenses.
